Can I switch from Indie to Agency later?
Yes, at any time. Your projects, reports, and settings carry over automatically. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
Is the 7-day trial available for both plans?
The free trial gives you full access to test the product. You choose your plan when the trial ends — no card required upfront.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account is suspended but your data is not deleted. If you return, everything is where you left it.
Are there annual discounts?
Not currently. Pricing is monthly with no long-term commitment required.
Can I use commitplain to manage multiple client accounts?
Yes. Many agencies create one commitplain account and manage all client projects from it. Each project is isolated — clients only receive the reports you send them.
What if I reach the project limit on Indie?
You can archive inactive projects or upgrade to Agency for unlimited projects.
